We have gone to great lengths to provide complete descriptions, specifications and dimensions of the items that we supply, so that any individual with the ability (and the time) to take some basic measurements should be able to tell whether a given part will fit in their particular application. Any items returned, used, damaged, or otherwise unsalable as new will not be eligible for a refund.Custom fabricated items are not returnable.Special order items are not returnable.Cut lengths of any item (tubing, rope, chain, wire, track, etc.) are not returnable. The Following Items Can Never Be Returned: Opened Blister packages, goods cut to size, instruments, sextants, electronics, optics, anything that uses any kind of electricity.All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. Returns should be packed carefully and insured for your protection.If you want the exchanged product(s) delivered to your shipping address, you will be responsible for paying the freight costs of shipping the old product(s) you want to exchange back to us, and the new product(s) you want from Holland Marine Products. There will be no restocking fees in this case. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Cut goods are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom Orders are any order that is built to customer specifications. This includes items where the customer has selected a specific configuration. For example, colors, splicing, custom tanks, custom fabrication, standing and running rigging and custom graphics etc. You cannot exchange, return, or cancel any custom ordered items. Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Exceptions There are a few products that we make restocking fee exceptions for such as boarding ladders, bow rollers, stock holding tanks etc. these are products we understand that you will have a difficult time determining from the catalogue if they will suit your needs, and are generally indestructible. Return With a ReceiptAn original receipt is required for all exchanges or returns. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused products. All items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
